Review on OTC 4676 Windshield Wiper Puller by Ricky Brooks

I shoot about 6 or 7 sets of wipers a day in the auto glass industry. This way you get rid of most annoying wiper arms that get stuck to the wiper bolt over time. Living in New England, this is a handy tool I use about every other day for that one PITA wiper arm that won't come off when asked nicely. I have found that when you loosen the wiper nut about 90% this baby lies with his legs directly over the nut under the base of the wiper arm and slowly rotates until there is a lot of pressure on the tool, a slight wobble of the der Wiper arm should remove the arm from the stud. If no, with the puller tightened, place the fairing tool under the wiper arm and pry the fairing tool briefly but firmly, the arm should pop out immediately, then remove the wiper nut and then remove the wiper arm from the stud.
