Where to start. Firstly I love it. I have other retractable hose reels that are metal and heavy. The weight is important because I plan to mount it on the back of a John Deere alligator and don't want the extra weight. Although plastic. it is very strong and doesn't look cheap at all. The hose is excellent, it's made of soft rubber and feels nice. The retraction mechanism is smooth-running and well fixed. The whole assembly also has a nice look. Well, here's what really impressed me. It comes with a mounting bracket and tie rods and anchor bolts for mounting. I was impressed that it had bolts but the anchors were a nice touch. Now it has additional ports instead of just 2. It comes with 4 male ports, two male and two female, plus a quick release which feels strong rather than the cheap lightweight you would expect. But that's not all . A ribbon with thread is included (and not a short roll, it's a full roll of ribbon with thread). I was amazed that they contained everything you could need. It seems like less is more these days, and I'm really impressed that the company is still going all out for the little things. Great product and great price. 5 stars easy
