I purchased this based on other reviews. I figured the head would not last and it didn't. In 5 minutes the tab on the top was off and I had stuffing coming out. In half an hour there was no stuffing left and half the top was gone. I was sure the feet would last a bit longer. No so. The one foot was off within the next 15 minutes and I had to grab the squeaker. He pretty much tired of it after this. It is still around and once in a while my lab and afghan will play tug of war for about 5 minutes. He will take it and shake it. Because it is indeed a very large toy, more than 12" long, it makes fun but again, he bores within just a few minutes. It wasn't a bad purchase for me. I know my lab puppy can shred canvas toys in record time but was hoping for a bit more. If you purchase this my first recommendation is find the loop on the top of the head and cut it off. It just makes a great place to grab and pull causing damage more quickly.
