Review on Sinequa by Marcus Rash

I like that the system is able to pull in information from various databases and give it context. The interface makes pulling in all of this data easy. It's not very intuitive when you're looking at a piece of information, but once you know where to look, you can find what you need easily. There are also a few bugs here and there, which has affected our implementation. We've been using this for several months now. This allows us to get a better picture of our customer base and what they're searching for.
