A good CRM with room/room left over

I love being able to quickly access my contacts as well as having all my information in one place. The ability to be notified when new calls come through also makes it nice to know what's going on even though i'm not there! It sometimes takes awhile before the system updates itself for some reason, which is frustrating but nothing that has been resolved yet. So far everything is great! There are still things they could work out about how their interface works (sometimes it doesn't update properly). If you're looking for something simple, easy to use & intuitive then this might just fit the bill! Having a central location where we store our clients info helps us keep track of them easily.
