Addendum: At the beginning everything went well so I was satisfied. Third use and no longer works. What you should know as a consumer is that many low reviews are told to ignore those reviews. You're right! If you open it and read the instructions, you will have to guess or risk and use the Windows 8 driver for Windows 10 because there is no driver for 10. It also says it can be used with isb 3.0. Not for me it is not. Eventually you will see a small leaflet where you can request some kind of free gift. I received a tracking number in the mail, but it's fake. Nothing will work, but this little trick is the reason for these high ratings. Below is what I said in my original review. You got me!⬇️⬇️⬇️I have Windows 10. There is no entry for Windows 10 on the disc, but you can use the Windows 8 setup like me. Now I can watch videos on my laptop while my girlfriend sleeps without ultra-low volume! I should have gotten this many years ago!
