The important thing here is that I don't want a refund, I want a light that works.

Unnecessary LED lights! Brand new, out of box, cords unplugged so obviously one didn't work and the other didn't. The company wants me to send the broken one back before they send me a new one which sucks. I've already thrown the box away, I'll probably just eat them and never buy from them again, there are many companies out there that sell quality products and I don't need to buy junk.
