Great for removing the layers

Having the expandable, removable sides reduces damage to the sides of the cake. Always run a plastic knife along the side to ensure the cake does not stick to the sides before expanding the sides to remove.

Use this for making cheesecake in the instant pot. Fits the 6 quart just right. Would work better if you have or buy a taller trivet, but the smaller one will work. Doesn''t leak, no need to line the pan with parchment paper.
