Review on Adjustable Mandoline Cut Resistant Stainless Vinipiak by Cindy Hardin

I love that it comes with cut resistant gloves. I had to use them the first time I used a mandolin! Now I know better. I had issues with the adjustment knob switching to julienne and not being able to turn it back, but you have to press the knob when you turn it. I wish it had a little more weight, but with practice I've found that you don't have to push down on the platform as hard. I've used these three times now to make sweet potato chips and they get better every time. I'm waiting for other applications.
