I bought these to freshen up my current spring look. My baseboards had just been painted and the painters had painted over the old baseboards that were bolted to the wood. I took them off, leaving an unfilled circle. They cover this circle so you don't have to touch up the paint! I was happy about that. They are also very strong and thick. Modern look. Overall a great purchase!
