Very nice colored pencils. The colors are beautiful and rich, creamy and smooth and blend well. I haven't had to sharpen any of them yet, so I don't know how they will react to this. I haven't broken any of them so a little is enough. These crayons are great for drawing and fun to work with. You get 72 different colors so you really don't need more than that. . They are very affordable and come in a sturdy round box. Easily fits in your art bag, school or backpack and won't take up much space on your desk or shelf. To be honest these are wonderful crayons with really nice colours, rich and creamy. I don't use adult coloring books but they are great for this as well as mixed media. Great purchase and would also make a very good gift.
