Almost four years later, this monitor still works great (as it should). This should be taken for granted, but with the ubiquity of "cheap junk electronics made in China (or somewhere)" these days, I'm pretty glad I haven't had to replace this monitor yet. that you can even be "hard on the monitor" I've used it quite a bit - I spend most of my free time on the computer - so I think that's a testament to its longevity. Today it is clear that this monitor was technically nothing special at the time and is no longer so. This is a modest (one might even say smaller) monitor with an average refresh rate etc. But for what I paid I got every penny and I would buy a similar one again.
