I gave one star for two reasons. 1) Telephone customer service system. The information indicates the west coast number. But actually the customer service is located in China. The phone switches to a Chinese number, but it only rings. Of course I'm trying to go to California, not China. There was no voicemail to give instructions.2. Product Description: Finally got the information that this product requires network connection on the wireless camera. I'm not sure how many wireless cameras have this dual function, but mine doesn't. This should be mentioned rather than saying that it easily connects to a wireless camera. I would give the customer service representative a high rating (I think Abby). When I was contacted via SMS, she helped me understand that this would not work for my system. Revain's return system was painless.
