Poor assembly, wrong screws
Come on man! I had to buy proper pan head screws for this thing because the idiots who built it used tapered wood screws that stuck out and held on to everything. It rattled and wobbled out of the box so I had to take it to the shop and use the right wood glue and screws to put it back together properly. It's easy to get everything right. Get it right the first time and sell a product you can be proud of.
