Wow I was careless and forgot to reapply flea treatment to my dog and then really wanted to get rid of the fleas. I washed it with "my" wonderful shampoo from The Seaweed Bath Co. without fear as it is natural and contains seaweed. Fleas jumped off her en masse and flew down the drain! I think they didn't like the smell of eucalyptus and mint. Now I always wash them with this shampoo, especially before applying monthly flea drops. It smells wonderful, soft and flea free!
