Review on SequelMed EHR by Nathaniel Collins
Great software which is user friendly & intuitive
I love that it's so easy to navigate through all my medical records in one place! It makes finding information much easier than having multiple documents scattered throughout our office files or home folders!! Nothing at this time but we've heard nothing negative about sequelmed either from patients OR providers who use their services/software.
The best part of using sequellamed? You don't have to take tons of paper with you when going out into your community because everything can be done online now. No more trying to find old notes buried somewhere within stacks upon piles of papers just looking for something specific!
Pros
- My biggest complaint is sometimes there are times where things get lost, even though i keep an updated folder as well as back up docs stored offsite not always convenient.but overall pretty fast response if issues arise (most common issue being login errors) plus they also offer phone support which helps ease problems quickly..very good customer service!!! :)I'm very happy here working both remotely AND locally depending on need too works great no
