Excellent IT support and email ticket system

The most helpful thing I like is that my emails are always responded to within 24 hours, so you don't have time waste waiting for an answer from customer service! It's easy enough even if it isn’t familiar with other ticketing software systems - there aren;' any complicated steps or confusing features at all which makes using this product incredibly simple once setup correctly (which takes maybe 3 minutes). There could be some more customization options available when creating new tasks but otherwise everything has been very straightforward as far back-end goes too. Nothing really though because they're both excellent products overall!! We use their helpdesk solution called "Support Yard" where we can assign our clients issues directly through eMail rather than having staff members call eachother over phone lines etc..

Pros
  • Great system in terms of tracking cases/assignments between team member support tickets via emailing them one another instead of calling up others who may not want calls coming into work just due to lackluster productivity during peak business times such holidays & weekends :) And also great user interface / usability along side ease of navigation around site without complication
