Great helmet BUT the optional hem was misdesigned

I like the helmet but the "soft" part of the velcro on the detachable hem is facing the wrong way. To make it stick you need to flip the edge and apply it upside down or apply a new velcro. We ordered two helmets and both fields have the same problem. Otherwise this is a great helmet.
