Review on ExcelDent by Robert Tyus

The ease of use for my staff in setting up their appointments; creating reminders using Outlook or text messages as well! There are some features I wish were more robust but it's not too bad overall - would love if there was an option between appointment types (such like booking vs walk ins) so we could have both options available at once time rather than having one set only when scheduling new patients etc.. Would also be great being able see patient history before seeing them which helps us keep track better about what they've had done previously/current issues!!
