The ease of use for my staff in setting up their appointments; creating reminders using Outlook or text messages as well! There are some features I wish were more robust but it's not too bad overall - would love if there was an option between appointment types (such like booking vs walk ins) so we could have both options available at once time rather than having one set only when scheduling new patients etc.. Simple layout for managing patient records. Easy access of information without having to go through multiple applications. Well designed interface which makes accessing data easy. It could be improved by adding more features to it like reminders or alerts. Highly recommended as its user friendly design can make use out even in case we are not tech savvy at all. I like how easy it was for me as well my staff members were able to learn this program quickly! It helps us organize our patients information in one place which makes patient visits so much easier!!
