I ended up buying this laptop on a whim as my previous laptop was so old and broken it wouldn't work properly let alone charge. When I got this I wasn't expecting much considering these laptops are refurbished, but it really is amazing. Rather than buying it as a simple replacement for now, I am actually keeping it as a new working laptop due to the good quality. It arrived on time, the packaging was very careful and well executed in my opinion, the product was well protected and there was not a single scratch, scrape or stain upon receipt. As for the other reviews I noticed here, they were pretty negative, I would say if you order this it may be one of those products where there is a 50/50 chance of you getting something good. I think I was just lucky to get a good one that was nicely refurbished and treated with fantastic attention so I can't speak for everyone. It charges without any problems (the charger was also in good condition and looked brand new and pristine), Wi-Fi connected automatically and the USB ports along with the headphones, wireless or not, work perfectly. Even after downloading Google Chrome, some PC games, Spotify and even Hulu, I haven't had any storage issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a basic laptop, be it for school or just for watching Netflix.
