Bought mine in 2013. Used for about an hour. LIKE IT VERY! Used it again after about a year (I don't have many metal projects). LIKE IT VERY! I used it today (2020) and the switch shot red fire and nearly blew my finger off. DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. [original rating: I will never buy a lotos product again. You fooled me well!] Good. I've changed my mind. i like it again UPDATE: OK. I increased my rating to three stars because I was able to fix it. Only the power switch is burned out. I bought a Leviton 20A bipolar switch (model CS220) to replace a cheap factory installed switch. Yes, I have many years of experience with electronic technology. However, I believe Lotos has a repair station in California that can fix your device if you need it. I have not contacted them or used their services, but I hope others find them useful. The address and phone number of this service center should be in your manual. Again, I would recommend this machine for its amazing price, ability to cut 1/2 inch thick steel, and availability of a service center in the US. , and the fact that most reviews are positive when it comes to durability. 2. UPDATE: I found another Leviton switch on the Revain that I like more. I can buy it ($17) and have my spare replaced. If you need to replace your old switch (newer models may have better switches) I recommend you try Leviton MS302-DS. At 220 VAC, this switch is rated at 5 hp. (30 amps). I drilled two small holes, one above and one below the original square power switch hole, to accommodate the panel screw holes on the switch.
