Review on Velbon QB 4LC Quick Release Platform by Dustin Schultz

I bought this for a Velbon 5000 tripod which was given to me without a quick release plate. When the part arrived I checked the quick release plate and found it to be in excellent condition. The only minor annoyance would be having to carry around a flathead screwdriver to move the plate between my three cameras until I order two more plates (a thumbscrew would have been a better choice for the application.) After inspecting it, I have mounted it on a tripod and was surprised that it fit perfectly. ***Please note I have not fitted this to any of my cameras yet so this rating is subject to change if there are any issues.
