Review on 📸 Panasonic Lumix Leica DG Summilux Lens for G Series by Gerald Reeves

This is a phenomenal lens and a must have for low light shooters. It's long enough to serve as a useful portrait lens, but it's really great as an all-round running lens. Background. As I said, the lens hood is a bit annoying, as it cannot be stowed upside down on the lens. I didn't find this lens unusually sensitive to flare (particularly indoors), so I don't use the lens hood too often. I really wish it could focus a little closer than it is (1in/0.3m) but I suspect that a closer focus distance would require an even longer lens barrel - and this lens is quite large anyway.
