Review on CURT Hitch Cargo Carrier - 60 X 20-Inch Basket With 500 Lbs Capacity, Black Steel, 2-In Folding Shank by Luis Shreibman

I recently returned from a round-trip Minneapolis to Chicago drive with this and the Reese Towpower 44686 Class III Custom-Fit Hitch with 2" Square Receiver opening, includes Hitch Plug Cover . The carrier performed as I had hoped with no vibrations/sounds while in motion as others have reported. This could have much to do with the hitch installed on, so could vary widely by user.The carrier does stick out a fair amount when folded down, so be aware in turns/merging but I found this was the right amount of space needed to still use the rear tailgate on a 2015 RAV4 XLE.Assembly of the carrier was nothing complicated but some may find it helpful to have a helper to deal with the size and weight of the carrier.
