Review on 🍞 Tojiro Bread Slicer 235mm F-737: Perfectly Slice Your Bread with Precision! by Dawn Price

Too thin for toasted bread

I have been using this knife for over 2.5 years and am looking for a replacement. I bake a lot of bread. About every couple of weeks, 6 loaves at a time, which I then slice and freeze. That's a lot of post-bake bread slicing and I'm fed up with this knife. It is too weak and requires a lot of strength to cut crusty slices of bread slice by slice, loaf by loaf. I literally have to guide the front of the blade with my finger to keep it straight while cutting. It just doesn't "cut" (Ha!). Anyway, I got tired of messing around with all this and I sliced enough bread to get fed up and this time went back to the market for a hard bladed knife. Curved would probably also make sense. Wish me luck. I personally wouldn't recommend this knife if you cut a lot of crusty bread like I do.
