Review on Komelon ML1212 Meter Man 4 Inch Measuring by Lawrence George

Very durable. The ball bearing is smooth but I find that the band can loosen a bit. Thought it was me at first, but checked with a laser, and my wheel score is 2/10 down for every 10ft roll. It doesn't matter for my purposes, but other rim tapes I've had have been more accurate. Wanted to upgrade this to 5 stars as I think the inaccuracy I saw was operator error and not the tape. The ball bearing design makes spinning the wheel very easy, which is great unless you're trying to go fast. If you lift the wheel off the surface being measured before it comes to a complete stop, it will continue to rotate. If you bump the wheel on something, it spins. My problem was that after stopping I backed away but was still on the surface. This way the wheel spins in the opposite direction and explains my problem 2/10 above. I am very impressed.
