The best budget Intel model at the moment. Unlike the eighth generation i3 (which, I recall, is also one and a half times more expensive), there is a full-fledged turbo boost. That is, in fact, under load, the processor runs at a stable 4.2 GHz, so overclocking is not really needed here. In terms of performance and design, the model is even closer to the i5 7600. Also, there is the possibility of a slight overclocking (within 5%) on the system bus on motherboards with Z-series chips, with an increase in frequency up to 4.3 GHz.
