Melted in the package

I was very happy with the price and colors when I received the 10- Color filament kit AMX3d ordered 3D printing pens. . However, when it arrived I was very disappointed that all the threads had melted. I think I should have taken into account that the weather was over 110⁰ when it shipped, but you can't expect to just order a gas station when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to test this in practice.
