Great concept. Not many small parts like 21 n 1 etc. You need something that is quick, versatile and easy to find in the ceiling etc with few small parts that are easy to lose and render the tool useless. it agrees with all these accounts. Still, the ratchet function slips sometimes, but I'm not entirely sure. I haven't used it much but thought I'd noticed a couple of times and I haven't given any other reviews that said the same thing. must look to the future. a wire nut wrench, an ingenious idea to use a multi-function screwdriver, and also has three (rather than two like most multi-function screws) commonly used by screwdriver electricians. All functions are lame. Totally thought of this concept. Durability, we'll see, but it seems well made, with good grip. Ratchet problem, time will tell. about the ideal after-sales service problem. I broke one of the flathead lugs on this driver (without removing the driver. They're all that strong only on these multis) by twisting the lug. Tried going back to ideal for a refund and was told (with attitude) that the tips only have a 90 day guarantee which isn't listed anywhere on the packaging but says a lifetime guarantee. ok i was gone for over 90 days at the time so i was then told that they do not guarantee drivers sold by amazon because there are no perfect dealers. HA? This is your screwdriver, it was new, lifetime warranty, REPLACE IT! EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME WITH ATTITUDE. SO I CONTACTED AMAZON THEY SAID YOU SHOULD MEET THIS WARRANTY THEY WILL CHECK IMMEDIATELY AND SEND ME A BRAND NEW SCREWDRIVER. OVER NIGHT. I can't say enough about Amazon's excellent customer service and ideals. great job amazon. And to end this review yes I think it's a great driver at the moment best concept ever and maybe the ratchet will improve in the future then despite their customer service they will have a hit. Unfortunately, bad service can ruin a business just as quickly as bad products. UPDATE: 10/03/2013. This is the best multifunctional screwdriver I have ever owned. the ratchet does not slip, the wrench is completely easy on the wrist and prevents arthrosis. amazing hold. absolutely no complaints. Absolutely the best multifunction screwdriver for an electrician like me. Electrician apprentice 17 years. I use this thing every single workday, and it's the first tool (with my crawlers) I take out of the box. upgraded to 5 stars
