This product showed great promise with its sleek design and easy wireless connection. However, within 1 month of use (about 12 bottles opened), the screw mechanism did not "drill" the cork all the way to the bottom. This left the mechanism and the screwing of the cork with no way of removing the cork or carefully removing the screwing mechanism. He broke three bottle caps in a row and we had to manually pick the chewed corks out of the bottles and filter our wine. Very disappointing. My return window expired a few weeks ago, so I was left with a brand new broken tool. If there is any chance Brookston is reading this, I would like to ask you to repay this purchase. This is probably unlikely as they will go bankrupt soon. Spring.
