Poor Quality - my new review

Poor quality product. Purchased 10 and only four worked without any problems. Kept switching out new switches and bulbs (and types) to find that it was the switches causing the blinking or strobe issue. Most circuits were simple single switches. The adjustment gear didn't cure the problem. Save yourself some time and buy a more reliable product. In process of replacing all of these to feel safe. Seemed like good potential.
