I love how easy it was for me as an out of state patient to get my medical records transferred from another hospital. It's so much easier than having someone come down here and physically transfer them! There are some minor glitches when you're trying to make changes but nothing too major. The system has been very helpful in keeping our health information up-to date which saves us time at work. We've also realized we can now be more efficient with all of this data because everything is kept centralized instead of scattered around different offices or departments within the office.
