The team at DuetPatient is excellent to work with and are always willing to help. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The ability to quickly add and edit forms easily is great. I would like to be able to print forms and labels. Forms can be long and hard to read. I love how easy it was for me as an out of state patient to get my medical records transferred from another hospital. It's so much easier than having someone come down here and physically transfer them! There are some minor glitches when you're trying to make changes but nothing too major. The process of getting my doctor's approval so I could have an appt was very straightforward! Super easy for me as a disabled person who does not drive or see doc'y face-to-face but rather online. The only thing I dislike about this product has nothing really with their website - it's just an awesome service they offer.
