Easy to install - just check your internet browser Version

I installed this on my 2010 Toyota Prius (non JBL) and it was very easy to program and install - much easier than I initially thought. be. The only problem I had was with the programming. I connected it to my laptop via USB but the website gave me an error message saying my internet browser was not compatible and therefore the device could not be programmed. I was using Chrome, then switched to Internet Explorer and got the same message. I have checked that both my browsers are the latest versions available. Frustrated, I started my wife's laptop (completely different make and model) and got the same errors with both browsers. I ended up booting up an old laptop that our kids use and lo and behold, the old laptop with an old outdated version of Internet Explorer actually worked! Once I got past that hurdle, programming became extremely easy. Simply enter your vehicle's year, make, model and trim level and the correct programming will be queued for download. Their website even confirms this by showing you a real picture of your steering wheel so you can be sure you made the right choice and the programming is right for your situation. Follow with a quick flash of the device and you're done. It even offers a color printout showing which wires are connected to the appropriate points in your particular vehicle. Everything went smoothly for me and it worked the first time I started the car.
