Flimsy Garage Trolley Disappoints

This trolley is a complete waste of money. It does not live up to the expectations of a heavy-duty automotive tool. The non-slip feature is ineffective; my tools still slide off, and the trolley itself is prone to slipping every time I try to roll it.
