Exactly the size I needed!
Disposable square skillets that fit in my deep fryer are rare, these are the only ones I've found. I use them in the freezer to prep food ahead of time so I can just thaw it and pop it in the fryer. Exactly what I needed, only they are very thin. I double them for the freezer but need at least 3 layers to prevent warping when removing hot food from the fryer. I just use the same layers again and put a new pan on top each time. It would be nice if they were stronger, but the pros of the size I want far outweigh the cons.
