Don't use the 40A FKING relay, take the 80A relay kit to run both fans Got 1 (80A) relay harness on Amazon for Get $8, put a 35A fuse, usually the fan uses 30, be sure to fuse each fan + wire. and as for the thermostat, I went to the autozone, they had an adjustable washer for $19, which is great. So my fans turn on at 160°F and didn't even have to use AC power cords over the cord because it's so hot in the air that the temperature stops the fans. Very very powerful, bearing fan removed.
