Instructions were not included so it took me some time to figure it out. The box isn't in English either (although there is a small advertisement in English about it) so the wording on the box didn't help. However, after a while, when I looked at the pictures and played around with them a bit, it was easy to understand. I like how all the pieces fit together as it gives me nothing to lose, but it causes a small problem. with cleaning. They don't hit the unused parts much, but they are open from the inside so food inevitably lands on them. I don't like cleaning things that haven't been used, but if I take them out I risk losing them. There are also some spikes that are too thick for delicate products to come out of the handle. Part. This is fine for hard foods, but it will rip soft foods to shreds before you're done slicing. I've only used a mandoline slicer on my fruit so far and the kiwis have turned into a twisted mess about 2/3 of the way through. I would have checked the instructions to see if I was doing something wrong, but then again I didn't have a .tl; dr that works well, not my favorite.
