Review on 🔥 Optimized PowerSmith PAVC101 Amp Ash Vacuum by Dave Hersma

Purchased 14th December 2014 and worked great for about two months. Last winter I used it 5 times, then cleaned it and put it away before the end of the year. It was great at work. It sucked really well and was pretty quiet. I unpacked it today to use it and the engine sounded hoarse and had a strong smell of burning. I'm afraid to use it, it sounds and smells like it's about to explode! The engine sparks! It was still under warranty so I contacted the manufacturer to see if they would fix or replace it. Today is Christmas Eve, so the company must have closed. I will report the results soon. UPDATE: March 2016 After speaking to their customer service department, they told me to remove the motor from the unit and send it in for inspection. I removed the motor from the top of the unit and just sent the motor back for repair as requested. I was expecting a reconditioned or new engine back. I am pleased to announce that I have received a brand new, completely replaced vacuum cleaner, canister and all. I have to say that the customer service I received throughout this process was second to none. I can say that they took very good care of me with their support team. Many Thanks.
