Review on Dentem by Erik Sanders

I like that it is easy to use since you can see your schedule in one place (easy access). It's also very user friendly - nothing too complicated about this software! We are able to track patient information from their initial appointment through cleanings/x-rays etc as well as prescriptions. The only thing we dislike at this time would be how difficult it was to set up our new practice last year when switching over to Dental Care Solutions. This made us have to do some research after being given conflicting advice by two different individuals who were both sales people working within the same office of the vendor selling us the product. So there could definitely be issues regarding training if they don't offer any or give bad advise. If anyone has questions feel free to ask them because someone will always want an answer immediately but sometimes taking longer may help resolve things.
