Mine didn't connect right away after watching the video they sent, I was able to get them working. Together. responded to my email very quickly and firmly believed that they would make me happy. I thought they did a good job. I bought this to help reverse my Zig Zag uphill to park my 40" fifth wheel. The image quality is very good when driving slowly or reversing, up to about 50 km/h I noticed a slight lag, after that it can no longer keep up. , in fact, at 75 mph the image remains frozen for a long time. I haven't used it at night yet. Mine is set at about 13 feet about 50 feet from the monitor. At this height the guides were quite wide, I wish they were adjustable in width. However, my wife advised me to buy this to save our marriage, I think it will definitely help. Even if the fast moving image doesn't particularly bring me favors I bought to help secure my camper and it works well. Keep in mind that the camera and monitor are 50 feet apart, maybe some sort of signal booster would help. If it worked better while driving I would definitely give 5 stars instead of 4. Update: I was sent a longer antenna cable. for the monitor and it definitely helped, very few freeze even at 70km/h, camera quality is clear, my first 2 photos move at 70km/h, 3rd on the road, that's exactly what I was looking for, has highway racing helped me to know how far someone was behind me to change lanes. I have no problem upgrading to 5 stars. Great product with great support.
