I used this shampoo because I thought it made my hair look weird. I think the bad reviews are due to the drastic change in ingredients and hair tangles. My regular chemical shampoo made my hair feel great right away, but quickly turned terrible. This shampoo was weird at first, but that's because I still had all this buildup on my head. Once your hair gets used to it, it's amazing. My hair used to be straight underwater, but now it's curly. I had a lavender conditioner and used it after using dish soap at dawn and it worked better than a cheap shampoo/conditioner. I am using these now and have half left and so excited to try the argan blend. It smells like fruit and Werther's toffee to me, but sure, not white.
