The description says it comes with 2 sets of picks and needles, mine only came with 1. As I'm a beginner, the guide that came with it was misleading and didn't cover some steps, not very clear or concise. giving instructions on how to make a pom pom, not a hat) I needed YouTube for basic instructions and ideas on how to get started, but once started it was easy to do. However, a few needles were reversed, making it difficult to snag the yarn. This can be very frustrating as the yarn will fray when attempting to separate the two strands. to cross one over the other (again watch youtube to understand). I could give it a lower rating, but overall it's a basic design, done for the main purpose, with a simple construction, although some of the designs were done wrong.
