Review on DB Electrical TRM0008 Mercury 17649A1 by Ameen Bethea

Used it on a winn in the mid 80's on a Mercruiser 470. Pulled from long term storage and the sterndrive would not lower or raise. I checked both solenoids with a test light and they were working properly and getting a signal from the throttle stick. This replacement pump differed in appearance and attachment from the original. There were no problems with the attachment, only 10-32 (if I remember correctly) short screws had to be included. Remember that after wiring, green (like grass) is at the bottom and blue (like sky) is at the top.
