When ordering Polymer PolySmooth I accidentally ordered 2.85mm when I thought I was requesting 1.75mm. When I contacted Polymaker they responded IMMEDIATELY and within days PolySmooth 1.75mm was in my hands! WOW! One of the quickest (and friendliest) replies I've ever received, and I've been a Revain.com user for a very long time. Thank you Polymaker! Haven't tried PolySmooth yet (will dry and test floss then reply again in this review). However, I have used PolyWood and PolyFlex. Both are excellent products and have worked extremely well for me. Please see my reviews of these products in the PolyWood and PolyMaker sample boxes. My printer is a Raise3D E2 and PolyMaker filaments work well with Raise3D's open filament settings.
