Review on 🔪 KYOKU Samurai Series 7" Cleaver Knife: Japanese High Carbon Steel Kitchen Knife with Full Tang, Pakkawood Handle, Mosaic Pin, Sheath & Case by Shannon Maher

This item is SURGICALLY sharp out of the box. I wore the same plastic serving gloves to carve the chicken and I had a small protrusion on part of my finger that separated the fingertip cleanly as if it were butter. The knife is a good weight and well packaged but looks like a very thin and fragile blade. It comes with a nice case and as long as you take good care of it it should be fine. I haven't had any issues with it so far, but it's so thin and so light that I'm wondering how long it will hold an edge and/or remain chip free.
