I like that this was as easy to get up an running for my team in our small organization, also it's very customizable allowing me lots of flexibility when trying different setups / options out with training materials easily available online/on-demand through your dashboard! Really great product from start (training material) to finish if you have any questions or issues we're always here so no worries :) The only thing I dislike is the UI could be improved but other than that it works well. It does exactly what i needed at the time - helped us setup support tickets quickly without requiring too much technical knowledge etc., plus had some really nice features such as reporting which made tracking progress super simple!!
