Easy platform and excellent customer service

I like that this was as easy to get up an running for my team in our small organization, also it's very customizable allowing me lots of flexibility when trying different setups / options out with training materials easily available online/on-demand through your dashboard! Really great product from start (training material) to finish if you have any questions or issues we're always here so no worries :) The only thing I dislike is the UI could be improved but other than that it works well.   • I liked that it was pretty easy to get started and setup up fast, plus the reporting function was really helpful

The ease of use, it's intuitive interface allows us to get up an running quickly without having any previous knowledge or experience in using this software package! I love that they are constantly improving their product/service by adding new features. There is nothing really negative at all about our system; everything works as intended with no problems reported yet from my team members who have been trained so far (and we've only had one training session).
