Review on Kitchen machine Kenwood Cooking Chef XL KCL95.004SI by Ada Seweryniak ᠌

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Bought the car 2 years ago, very happy with the purchase. Everything is perfect in it, I don’t even know how I managed without it before. So far I use it only as a confectioner, kneads any dough (for noodles, dumplings, Easter cakes, rolls, pies, custard, etc.) I cook dough for honey cake only in it, I cook caramel. Less utensils are involved and time saving, it mixes and heats itself. Working with chocolate is a pleasure. The built-in scale is a very handy feature. As a gift, I chose nozzles: for rolling out dough, noodles and spaghetti, they never ate dumplings and dumplings with such a thin dough, it takes 30 minutes to cook noodles for soup, moreover, you don’t need to do almost anything, the machine will knead and cut the dough itself. I also took a screw juicer nozzle as a gift, now we always have fresh juice. I didn’t reveal any shortcomings, only some pluses - I use less dishes, I don’t weigh anything separately, I don’t mix anything, I don’t monitor the temperature, I save time, I have more rest!

Pros
  • Built-in scales
Cons
